Santiago Housing

Medium-height housing in the centre of Santiago de Chile, with a ground-floor exposition space activating the street edge and extending the public realm into the building.

The project explores the relationship between domestic programme and civic use, stacking residential floors above a permeable cultural ground that opens to the city around it.
