Every project begins with a quiet act of measurement — of the land, of the light, of the way a client moves through their day. From that material we develop a parametric model: a single rule that holds the whole.

Each project is led by Joris from first sketch to final detail, in collaboration with a trusted ring of engineers, makers and a model-builder.

We are not in a hurry. A house should last a hundred years — we'd rather spend an extra month getting it right than a decade regretting it.
